I love boba and this is my top place to go. Friendly service the bobas are fresh and I absolutely love their new cups

I haven't been to Honey Boba in a while. We went because my roommate wanted something. We came in and it was pretty empty on a Sunday night.
The restaurant was super clean and the workers were really nice. They were friendly and helped answered my question.
I had the iced milky with boba and caramel. The drink overall was alright, nothing too brag about. I thought it was interesting that they came with white boba. I have never tried that before. They were really soft and chewy.
My roommate seemed to like her taro slushee, so maybe I should've tried something else.
The portions were pretty big, each drink is about $5-6 if I remember correctly. I think it's a pretty good spot to get your boba fix, locally. I would stop by again if I was in the area.

Well... it was worth a shot. While this is probably not the worst milk tea I've sampled, I wouldn't be surprise if it is. My coworker and I were on the way back home and we wanted to grab drinks before heading out. He picked this place due to convenience and time constraints.

I ordered the Earl Grey Milk Tea while he ordered the Honeydew Milk Tea. Both had bobas. Upon sampling it, it was clearly diluted with little resemblance or traces of tea.  Seems like there was more sugar and milk than tea. Truly, an imbalanced drink. In terms of the boba, it was not fresh.  It had a slightly chewier texture with thick centers. It's a clear indication that it wasn't either cooked all the way through, or it's just dated to the taste. My coworker didn't have much exposure to these types of drinks as I do so he gave them thumbs up all around. I sampled his and my suspicion was on point. The boba had the same texture and taste. His, of course, was laced with sugar too.

I hope they sample their products and make adjustments for improvements.

Best of luck to this establishment.

I feel that most residents of the SGV have their go to boba spot, but today I was feeling a little more adventurous, and this location is much closer to home. There are two honey boba locations not far from home, this appears to be much smaller. Also, this specific site never appears to be busy. The outside is clearly marked and has plenty of patio seating, the inside is a little dark, but has yellow cushioning on the walls and some chandeliers giving it more light.

There are plenty of tea and topping options, but I always stick with almond milk tea with boba and pudding. It also appears that they do serve some snack foods like fries, but as this was late in the evening, the fries were not offered. I do like the cup the boba comes in, definitely a cup that I can reuse for water or tea. As for the flavor, I felt it was far too sweet, and that says a lot as almond milk tea is already on the sweeter side. The flavor was fine, I just wasn't wowed.

The employee was nice, the drink was made quickly, and the price was comparable to other boba spots in the SGV.

I have been dying to try Honey Boba for so long, but the stars did not align until recently. The claim to their fame is the special white pearl-like honey boba that is made with the "finest ingredients."

It was a hot day so I wanted something refreshing like their Hello Honey Iced Green Tea ($4.29) and I usually love custard, but I decided to get the Honey Boba ($0.49 add-on) since it is their main product. I figured honey boba would be sweet, so I asked for my drink to be less sweetened, but it was still incredibly sweet. Even after the ice melted down, it was still incredibly sweet.

And if you look at my photos... the straws here are a terrible length. It is short for the length of the bottle so you will constantly have to pick up the straw to sip your drink. But then it is too long to fit into the container.

Also service was on the slow side. When they gave me my bottle, honey was sticking all over the side of the bottle.

Which leads me to their restroom to wash my hands. Sorry for being gross but their restroom was terrible!! This was right at opening and when I went into the restroom it was already clogged. And there was no soap in the soap dispenser. Talk about a mood killer.

The bottle was cute, but there were so many deficits I cannot see myself coming back... especially when there are so many boba shops in the SGV area.
